Xiaomi has launched the Mi Gaming Laptop 2019 — an upgrade over the company’s original gaming notebook that was unveiled back in March last year. The new model flaunts a full-HD display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Xiaomi has also offered a ninth-generation Intel Core i7 processor on the Mi Gaming Laptop 2019 along with an all-new “Quick Cooling” thermal management system. The Mi Gaming Laptop 2019 has Dolby surround sound in addition to Hi-Res Audio-certified audio system. Further, gamers can enjoy playing their favourite games using the four-partition backlit keyboard.
The new Mi Gaming laptop is a much-upgraded version of the old Mi Gaming laptop as far as the specs sheet is concerned. The new Mi Gaming laptop comes with a 15.6-inch screen that offers 81 per cent screen-to-body-ratio and 144Hz refresh rate that offers much improved and enhanced gaming experience. The base model of the new Mi Gaming laptop comes with full HD display and offers 144Hz refresh rate. It is powered by 9th Gen Intel Core i5-9300H processor, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, 8GB DDR4 RAM, and 512GB PCIe SSD. The Mi Gaming laptop 2019 ships with Windows 10 Home out-of-the-box and is backed by a 55Whr battery. The price of this version of Mi Gaming laptop 2019 starts at $1080 that translates to Rs 76,000.
For typing, the Mi Gaming Laptop 2019 has the four-partition backlit keyboard with 1.8mm keystroke. The keyboard includes five programmable buttons and has a 30-key anti-collision design. Furthermore, there is a glass touchpad that supports multi-finger gestures — backed by Microsoft PTP clickpad technology.
The second model of the Mi Gaming laptop comes with 9th Gen Intel Core i7-9750H processor, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 512GB PCIe SSD and offers 144Hz high refresh rate full HD display. This model costs $1239 that translates to Rs 87,300. The last and the top model of the Mi Gaming laptop comes with 9th Gen Intel Core i7-9750H processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTXTM 2060, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 512GB PCIe SSD, and 144Hz refresh rate. This model costs $1297 that translates to Rs 91,500. Both these Mi laptops ship with Windows 10 Home and are backed by a 55Whr battery.
All the three models of the new Mi Gaming laptop 2019 come with dual-band WI-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, 2 x 3W speakers, Dolby Audio, and a 1MP HD webcam. All of them also include 4 x USB 3.0 ports, 1 x Ethernet port, 1 x microphone port, 1 x headphone jack, 1 x HDMI output port, and a 3-in-1 card reader. They also come with a 4-colour LED-backlit keyboard with 3 different modes and include a glass touchpad with multiple gesture control.
