The Black Shark 2, which officially debuted in China earlier this year, is set for launch in India on May 27. Black Shark 2 has been recently launched in China back in March this year. Black Shark will make debut in India with the Black Shark 2, suggests report coming from BGR India. Black Shark 2 media invites have already started circulating. The gaming smartphone is also expected to ship with additional accessories including the Gamepad 2.0 controller.

The Black Shark 2 comes packed with a 6.39-inch OLED display. The display is big and bright enough for the gamers to have a great gaming experience of the Black Shark 2. The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset with X24 modem paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
The Black Shark 2 gaming phone embeds a fingerprint sensor beneath the display that will help users unlock the phone at a finger touch. To help the gamers Xiaomi has included pressure-sensitive system around the screen of the Black Shark 2 that according to the company will help users map the buttons located on the extreme corners of the display. The phone is backed by 4,000 mAh battery with support for 27W fast charging.
The Black Shark includes a primary 48-megapixel camera and a secondary 12-megapixel camera on the back panel. On the front, the Black Shark 2 includes a 20-megapixel camera for selfies. The phone comes in two colors — frozen silver and shadow black.
For the 6GB/128GB variant, the phone could cost around ₹33,000 ($470) in India while the 12GB/256GB variant may set consumers back somewhere in the vicinity of ₹43,000 ($610) based off the Chinese pricing.
